SAME DAY COVID-19 RT-PCR NASAL SWAB TEST
A number of destinations worldwide require travelers to either have a negative COVID-19 test certificate or undergo a health care check on arrival to gain entry to their territory. The PRIORITY RT-PCR laboratory test meets the requirements for passengers who have been cleared for travel pursuant to 42 CFR 71.20. You will receive a verifiable test report(PDF) from our CLIA laboratory the same day around midnight. Please inform the front desk when check-in for testing if additional travel documents are required.

All Chinese and foreign passengers (excluding children under 3 years old) who take the direct flights from Los Angeles to China are required to take nucleic acid PCR tests at the designated facilities in Los Angeles 2 days prior to the check-in date and apply for a green health QR code. Passengers who obtain the "HS"(for Chinese nationals) code or "HDC"(for Non-Chinese nationals) code from the Consulate in Los Angeles are allowed to board the flight.
